Coming and Going on HBO Now in July 2016

John Turturro and Riz Ahmed in the HBO Original Program 'The Night Of.'

HBO launches two new original summer shows this month: the 8-part limited series The Night Of, a New York crime thriller from Oscar-nominated writers Steven Zaillian and Richard Price, and the comedy Vice Principals starring Danny McBride and Walton Goggins. Also debuting is the HBO original Looking: The Movie, which brings closure to the cancelled series Looking, and the season two premiere of the HBO series Ballers.

Among the new films that arrive each Saturday night are the music biopic Straight Outta Compton, about the birth of NWA and the West Coast Hip Hop culture, the real-life crime drama Black Mass with Johnny Depp as Whitey Bulger, the political satire Our Brand Is Crisis with Sandra Bullock, and Suffragette with Carey Mulligan and Helena Bonham Carter. Also debuting are Michael Mann’s Blackhat, the real-life drama The 33, and the musical Jem and the Holograms, plus Quentin Tarantino’s Jackie Brown (1997) and the original Dirty Harry (1971).
