Coming and Going on HBO Now in March 2018

It’s been a kick-ass year for women heroes on the screen and the most lethal kicks came from Charlize Theron in Atomic Blonde. It arrives from theaters to HBO in March along with Sofia Coppola’s award-winning remake The Beguiled, My Cousin Rachel with Rachel Weisz, and Alien: Covenant with Michael Fassbender.

HBO launches Barry, a new dark comedy series starring Bill Hader as a hitman who wants to become an actor, and the fifth season of its award-winning tech-culture comedy Silicon Valley, and debuts two new original documentaries in March: The Zen Diaries of Garry Shandling from Judd Apatow and Arthur Miller: Writer featuring interviews conducted by his daughter, filmmaker Rebecca Miller, over the decades.

Older films returning to HBO include the original Die Hard (plus a couple of sequels) and The Last Boy Scout with Bruce Willis, the live action adaptation of Where the Wild Things Are, the Oscar-winning films The Silence of the Lambs and The French Connection, and the original The Beguiled with Clint Eastwood.

Among the films leaving at the end of March are the DC supervillain romp Suicide Squad, Oscar-nominated drama Jackie with Natalie Portman, dark psychological thriller Nocturnal Animals with Amy Adams and Jake Gyllenhall, epic fantasy The Golden Compass, and Oscar-winner Erin Brockovich.
