Coming and Going on Netflix in September 2016

Disney’s Zootopia, the animated hit about rookie rabbit cop in a city of animals, makes its streaming debut in September and Luke Cage, the third original Marvel superhero series on the Netflix, debuts on the last Friday of September, joining Daredevil and Jessica Jones in what is quickly becoming the fan favorite small screen superhero universe.

Also coming to Netflix in September are The Imitation Game with Benedict Cumberbatch and Keira Knightly, The Finest Hours with Chris Pine and Casey Affleck, Saving Private Ryan with Tom Hanks, and the original Jaws plus three sequels.

Netflix launches the second season of Narcos and the fifth season of Longmire and the new animated kid shows Kulipari: An Army of Frogs and Kazoops!, offers the third and final season of Penny Dreadful, and picks up the first season of Supergirl and the most recent seasons of the network shows The Walking Dead: Season 6, Gotham: Season 2, Blacklist: Season 3, and Portlandia: Season 6.

Among the programs leaving Netflix in September are the animated features Lilo and Stitch and How to Train Your Dragon 2, the comedies Zoolander and Shanghai Knights, the classics The Bridge on the River Kwai and Roman Holiday, and the TV shows Everybody Loves Raymond and Alias.
