Coming to Video-On-Demand in February 2018

Frances McDormand stars in the Oscar-nominated film by Martin McDonagh

The Oscar nominees roll out in February. Best Picture nominees Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri (seven nominations, include acting nominations for Francis McDormand, Sam Rockwell, and Woody Harrelson), Darkest Hour (six nominations in all, including Gary Oldman for best actor), and Lady Bird (five nominations, including Greta Gerwig for best director and best original screenplay) will be available on VOD and Cable On Demand in advance of the Academy Awards.

Other Oscar nominees include the animated feature nominee Coco, offbeat drama Roman J. Israel, Esq. with best actor nominee Denzel Washington, and indie drama The Florida Project with supporting actor nominee Willem Dafoe.

Also arriving in February is the star-studded Agatha Christie mystery Murder on the Orient Express from director/star Kenneth Branaugh, family drama Wonder with Julia Roberts, and comedy A Bad Moms Christmas with Mila Kunis and Kristen Bell, plus the foreign thriller Thelma and the disturbing documentary Tickled.

Video-on-Demand, what used to be known pay-per-view, is essentially a streaming rental service and has become one of the most popular home viewing choices for new movies. It is available through most digital cable and satellite systems. Most titles are also available through web-based VOD services like iTunes, Amazon Video, Vudu, Fandango, and Google Play.
